From recent two days I am been suffering from constipation. Previously I was not drinking water now I started drinking water but still my stools are hard. My doctor had given me medicines like caldob l syrup which contains lactulose solution usp, caldob cream for applying out of anus. I need to go 3-4 times to toilet and I have to apply little pressure as stools are hard. Could you please help.
